VMLite VNC Server allows remotely view phone from a desktop computer another mobile device using VNC protocol.
This app works -rooted android devices. However, for non-rooted devices, every time after turning completely off , connect Windows PC using a USB cable, then run a free desktop program, VMLite Android App Controller, device.
