Missed It! must be enabled Accessibility Service able to receive application notifications ('Settings » Accessibility » Accessibility services'). If enabled notifications not detected, try disabling re-enabling.
Starting from Gmail 2.3.5, Google doesn't allow 3rd party apps Gmail application data. T It! "directly" emails. yet monitor for new Gmail messages if Missed It! other regular application.
